"Excellent!! Mr. Lee was professional and courteous and provided exceptional service in the time frame he promised. He rescued us from a mistake we made by first using Empire Carpets. Empire gave us excuse after excuse of cancellations and were unable to deliver carpet prior to furniture delivery. Mr. Lee made sure carpet was installed prior to our furniture delivery with only a short period of time to work with saving us a lot of aggravation. We were so pleased we recently used him again to install carpet in our living room and were extremely happy yet again especially with his recommendation to roll the edges for our unique hardwood floor transition, we are so glad we went with his suggestion. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Mr. Lee and carpet Guys USA we will definitely use his services again and will gladly recommend his business to family and friends."

"We pulled old carpeting up and had issues with the old floor beneath. They had to join the floors of two rooms to a hallway by splicing new pieces of hardwood in because previous owners moved walls and just carpeted over the entire upstairs afterward. We hired them to splice in the threshold areas, and also remove the carpet that went down the stairs and refinish it all. They were fabulous, extremely nice to work with, super clean. We literally had no dust to speak of afterward. Great guys - we recommend them wholeheartedly!"

"Let me start by saying, the customer service wasn’t good and here’s way. I’m a property manager and I don’t like working on the weekends, however, I accepted the first available appointment they had, which was a Saturday. I live in NY and the project is in NJ. They called me 2 hours before the scheduled appointment and said their driver was in an accident and had to cancel and apparently their wasn’t anyone else available. They rescheduled for the following Monday. I drove to the location and waited about 2 hours past my scheduled appointment after the keep telling me the driver is on his way, the driver never showed and they give me some BS story way, I didn’t buy it. They rescheduled for the next morning, reluctantly I accepted. They finally showed and long story short, when they came, they actually did a great job, so I’m actually happy for that. However, I wouldn’t recommend that location Empire Carpet bottom line."
